The Zeta Reticulans are telepathic humanoids with enlarged bald heads and advanced technology which act on behalf of the Intergalactic League of Races, having outposts on several planets, including Earth at the bottom of the ocean, unknown to 20th century mankind.
They are known to have built the great pyramid of Giza, but they are unwilling to reveal their methods and reasons, hinting only that their technology is based on reverseable electromagnetism, and allows them to control and overcome gravity. They state that one day humanity will be able to understand how the pyramid was built, how the Reticulans are able to control gravity, and only then will they fully understand their culture.
