The zark is a creature native to the planet Altor in the jungles of Dreek Island, and serve as game animals to the inhabitants.
Biology[]
Zarks were creatures that had six legs, all of them clawed. Their sizes vary but some can weigh and looked to weigh about three or four times the weight of a full-grown Creon. They were known to be quite ferocious creatures, not known for hiding and emitted guttural and ferocious growls. A zark's head didn't have much except for fangs, barbs and yellow eyes that were tiny slices of hellfire.
Their fur is ragged with a flurry of stripes allowing it to camouflaged using the mottled brown and black of its surroundings. The nearest Earth equivalent of the creature would be one of the saber-toothed tigers that used to roam prehistory.
On their native island, the zarks had overrun it. They were regarded as an evolutionary aberration, that was noted to be destroying the ecological balance of the island. Hence a decision was made to cull the population of zarks occasionally by the local hunting club of law enforcement, which eventually caused the zarks to become a favor trophy animal.
