The Voteless are a mutated Squ'ith/Human hybrid species created by the Squ'ith.

Voteless seem to be created by the Squ'ith by combining their genetics with abducted Human colonists, the result is a creature similar to a Zombie, charging and attacking any Human sent to battle the Illuminate. It has been said that their minds have been taken over by Squ'ith telepathy, but this is yet to be confirmed as it is really hard to get a sample without a bunch of managed democracy loving nobodies fillin' yah with more holes than swiss cheese.
