Venusians are the native sapient inhabitants of the planet Venus.

Biology[]

Venusians are amphibious creatures with webbed hands and feet, proportionally short legs, and long arms connected to the torso by flexible membranes. Their skin is tough and scaly. They have claws on their digits to catch fish, and their eyes have transparent lids.

Venusians have both lungs and gills, and are therefore able to survive just as well on land as underwater. While they tend to be slow and clumsy on land, this is compensated by their great physical strength and sharp claws that make them very capable of defending themselves if needed.

Culture and society[]

Venusians are a friendly species and have domesticated pterosaur-like creatures and aquatic reptiles. They wear no clothes of any kind.
