The Universals are a sapient alien species.
Biology[]
Like any other living species they reproduce, though a birth of a new generation of Universal is considered a momentous event. They resemble gigantic stone giants.
History[]
In 1976 (Earth time), the Honor Guard team members were allowed to bear witness to the birthing of a new generation of Universals -- an honorary invitation for saving the Infra-Dauphin from some vast and unmentionable Alien Armada. Several reporters were allowed to record the event.
