Theelin

The Theelin were a near-human species was nearly bred out of existence, by the time of the Galactic Civil War. They were native to the Hutt Space planet Wethic.

Their own genetic make-up became their downfall, as the union of male and female gametes often resulted in incompatibilities that doomed the tiny embryo. It was later discovered that Theelin individuals were more compatible with pure human stock, but crossbreeding was insufficient to keep the Theelin population alive. As a people, the Theelin race was noted for its beautiful musical works, although most of their most stirring works were written to lament the race's eventual extinction.

Society[]

Not much is known about Theelin culture or society, since most of it is a mystery that has been lost to time. Even their homework is unknown, but what is known about the elusive Theelin is their high value as both soldiers and slaves.

The Theelin have natural skills for dancing, singing, and performing, in addition to enhanced creative abilities. They also possess natural grace, talent and beauty without the need to improve or change their appearance.

Despite not much being known about the Theelin, they don't have any advanced technology of their own. The Theelin has been invented or made by the Theelin themselves, instead of inventing their own technology, they use technology that has already been created by other species. The Theelin seem to be very friendly and peaceful as they seem to get along with everyone they meet. They don't seem to resist or fight back against and have no conflict, issues or problems with other species. Because this Theelin probably usually avoided issues and problems instead of confronting them.

Aside from what seems to be a friendly nature towards others, the true nature of the Theelin is a mystery. Since they have the ability to adapt to their surroundings there is very little information about their mysterious culture and society. It's likely that due to their ability to adapt to their surroundings, the truth about their species has been long lost. The Theelin probably pick up and develop habits, behaviors and personalities from the other species around them.
