Tebris
The Tebirs were sapient molluscoid species from ocean planet of Tebri located in the Milky Way Galaxy. They were converted into cyborgs by mechanical species of Homologs that were their own creation.
History[]
At some point Tebirs created machine species of Homologs. After research-driven machine intelligence sought ultimate software evolution by merging with their organic makers, they were violently resisted. In the ensuing conflict, the Tebris were eradicated as an organic species, but their ideas and experiences were immortalized as part of the new machine consciousness.
