Reptoids are the annunaki or slizgrons. They took part in the creation half of humans alongside the Greys or who could also be called the mayanites.Mayanites and slizgrons are at a sort of alliance thing. They pretty much run thebackdrop of most human society. But not much of it since the human governemnent takes over mostly.

- Not really. This has been proposed by other users in the past, but it isn't the best alternative. Everything that originates from religion, myth or UFOlogical reports should go to "Actual Universe". We're not differentiating it, because there's a lot of overlap.
