Spiders on this planet are fairly large, as big as a dog in an estimate sense. They have four eyes, six legs, and a vertebrate mouth with a set of downward-facing fangs.
Unlike true Spiders, the webs these Spiders create act more like a means of protection than predation, as landing on one of their webs causing a spring reaction rather than becoming stuck.
