They are moon Miners that mine anything they can find in there. After the death of Moonwatcher, First Lieutenant Spacey and his brothers left to the moon to avenge him but they were too strong. Later after arriving at the moon, Eneru at first did not care about them but when one pirate stabbed through Eneru (unaware that Eneru has a Logia fruit), Eneru defeated him. Matters became worse after he noticed the explosion, which was enough to enrage Eneru to the point that he defeated them all.
