Slushy, formerly known as Experiment 523, is part of the 500 series that are elemental manipulators. Slushy has the ability to control ice and snow (and perhaps sleet) and can create a winter paradise for himself as well as reform himself if he is damaged. It is also known that he can create weapons made out of ice.
