The Skeletal Steed is a animated skeletal equine creature. According to Perim legend, the Skeletal Steeds were originally a herd of wild Drelp Beasts that stampeded a powerful Muge in the OverWorld. As punishment the Muge cursed the herd turning them into living skeletons.
