This is a mutant, gigantic species of electric eels and of the several mutations resulting from the Thousand Year War between the Kaleds and the Thals on the planet Skaro; which also resulted in the creation of the Dalek race. These highly hostile predators inhabit the Lake of Mutations and can deliver powerful electric discharges.
