Shovel-mouths are a large species of wildlife from the misty jungles of Venus.
Biology[]
Shovel-mouths are bulky hexapedal herbivores, about 50 ft long (15.24 meters) and 20 ft wide (6.096 meters), which stand on three pairs of short legs with spatulate discs for feet. Their skin is thick, grey and slick. Their most notable feature is their broad shovel-shaped snout, which indiscriminately devours vegetation and fungal growths from the ground. They produce thunderous grunt-like vocalizations. In spite of their size, Shovel-mouths are not considered dangerous for Humans.
