The Screaming Hands are strange extradimensional creatures which reside in the realm of the Old Ones and seem to act as their servants.

The Screaming Hands are headless humanoids with mouths located on the palms of their hands, and attack by generating extremely loud sonic screams.
They appear to be made of some stone-like substance which can be shattered when hit with enough force.
