The Rours are a species of sapient worm-like creatures that are known through the galaxy as eminent mathematicians. Their bodies exhale toxins that are lethal to any other form of life, and they are one of the races present in the multi-species space station Point Central where they have a specially elaborated environmental cell of their own (as most of the major races do). They are also known to be envious of the mathematical abilities of the Glapum'tians, which are superior to their own.
