The Roccan are one of the many species who were selected by Minamar Specialized Industries to be gifted with technologies beyond their wildest imaginations, unfortunately, MSI forced the Roccan people to pay an unobtainable amount of Energy Credits, rather than become a race of indentured servents, the Rocs rebelled, united under one goal, to make sure that no one else would ever have to suffer the way they did.
