The Refusians are the sapient native inhabitants of an Earth-like planet known as Refusis II. Once corporeal beings, a particularly devastating storm of solar flares in the distant past somehow caused them to become invisible and incorporeal. This new existence, however, also granted them with powerful telekinetic abilities. They are extremely peaceful and will welcome other races to their world, provided that there is no violence among the visitors or colonizers.
