The Pring are tall and slender with large heads, bone-white skin and bulging red eyes.

Before uplift the Pring only had one eye. They judged distance by emitting a light beam from their eye creating a kind of laser based sonar. Rarely will a talented Pring have fine control over this ability and be able to project complex images or interface directly with computers using an IR port. The Pring consider this to be a high art form and their most closely guarded secret.
