The Phearax is supposedly a newly discovered alien beast that was brought to Earth in a dystopia Earth.
Biology[]
The Phearax is vaguely bulky humanoid with light dark green skin, with various horn growths and a short tail.
One was kept in the Mega-City Zoo, tooted as the newest exhibits thanks to the efforts of David Deotherborough the Head of Alien Procurement. Though in reality the creature is actual a human being who was altered to have his DNA spliced with an alien in order to create a new species worthy of entertaining the masses.
Cadet Dredd caught wind of this horrendous criminal venture when he went to investigate the missing persons at the zoo, and discovered Deotherborough's operation. After a showdown with Deotherborough, Dredd released the Phearax and though the mutation process was irreversible, he was happily reunited with his wife. As for Deotherborough, he took the place of the Phearax in the zoo having been turned into one after his gene-splicing beam backfired.
