The Pahvans are a race native to the planet Pahvo, located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
Biology
The Pahvans manifest themselves as clouds of glowing blue particles. According to Saru they exist in total harmony with their world, as a "symbiosis between nature and the living spirit". They also have the ability to teleport individuals.
Culture
In the 23rd century, the Pahvans wished to contact others beyond their world and share knowledge of themselves. Using a massive crystal transmitter, they broadcasted distinctive "music" created by the planet.
