Overlookers are a sapient species from the Delta Quadrant.
Biology[]
Overlookers are slightly lumped, hairless humanoids with brownish orange skin color, have two nostrils and flattened ears. Most members of the species are included with a polity called Hierarchy.
Culture[]
The species was highly developed in remote surveillance and espionage. Much of their kind spent surveying possible targets, for future raids, which they would monitor until an appropriate plan of action could be selected.
