Ottegans are a sapient race from the Ottega sector, which they shared with their cousins, the Ithorian race, of which they were a genetic offshoot. They are most well know throughout the galaxy as farmers, as the silk from their planet is highly valued by criminal gangs across the Outer Rim. Unlike Ithorians, they only possessed a single mouth in front of their face.
