Gungan-Otolla — Jar Jar Binks, an Otolla Gungan

The otollas are the most common subspecies of Gungans. Unlike the Ankura, Otolla are tall and lean, and they have a bill-like mouth and short, partially-retractable eyestalks. Some, like Captain Roos Tarpals, also have short whiskers similar to those of a catfish.

Notes

The otolla's head looks like Gandar's from Ultraseven.
