The Nummonan are a species that are said to possess seventeen arms. To describe the impossibility to tell which shapeshifter was which, there was a saying among non-chameleoids who complain about the impossibility of identifying individual members of a species that can change its shape faster than a seventeen-armed Nummonan nanything can change a diaper.
