The Network are a class of artificial intelligence, androids, and automatons--robots.
History
The Network were a robotic worker class that served the needs of the Human Civilization, doing all of the menial work. They joined the other enslaved races in the Civilization in rebelling against the ruling family. They deposed humanity's place in the empire, creating the Ruling Council of the Civilization. They currently hold a seat on the Council.
