Non-Terrestrial Intelligence (N.T.I.) is the designation given to an unnamed alien race inhabiting the ocean depths of planet Earth.

Biology

They appear to be a marine race, as they are seen dwelling in Earth's oceans quite comfortably, unknown to the Human race.

Culture and society

Although their appearance and technology seems alien, the N.T.I. were probably on Earth before Humans, and know of the history of Humans. Their technology is based on the manipulation of water ranging from simple uses; such as a probe used to study the insides of ships, television used to monitor Earth's activities, as well as creating a breathable atmosphere for otherwise foreign creatures. This technology is not without its destructive capabilities such as manipulating the weather to form violent storms and manipulating the oceans of the world to create tsunami like tidal waves.

Despite their destructive capabilities, The N.T.I. are friendly in nature, and have been trying to communicate with Humans rather than fight them. They are very patient and even compassionate enough to not destroy them despite their initial judgement.
