Mutant Tribbles are an artificial species of genetically modified Tribble-like creatures presumably created on Daystrom Station.
Biology[]
While apart from a regular Tribble, these creatures are violently hostile for they have obtained multiple mouths and seven arachnid-like limbs. Like all Tribbles, they react aggressively to Klingons.
