The Muganis are a sapient, non-spacefaring civilization from the planet Cascada.
When their world was colonized by Humans, the Muganis were treated as second class citizens and forced to mine radioactive thorium 232.
Biology[]
Muganis are tail-less amphibianoid bipeds with clawed digits and sharp teeth. They inhabit swamps and are naturally nocturnal.
