Millgans[1] are an amphibious race from the planet Anur Millgan in the Anur System.[2]

Millgans are 7-feet-tall[1] monstrous fish-like aliens with muted dark green skin, sharp teeth, yellowish-green eyes with darker green pupils, long and slimy arms, webbed four-finger hands, webbed feet, and eight gills on their stomachs. They also have fish fins on their backs and each of their limbs, and six more on their necks.
Powers and abilities[]
Millgans are capable of breathing underwater.[1]
Like the other races in the Anur System, Millgans can see in the dark.[3]
Weaknesses[]
Millgans can experience fear in the presence of Toepick's Species.[3]

It is possible that the Millgans are among races under the command of the Ectonurites.

- The Omnitrix's Millgan representative is named L'Goon. However, this transformation is exclusively available in Ben 10,000's Omnitrix.[1]
- It is implied that the Prime Timeline Omnitrix contains Millgan DNA.
- Millgans resemble the Gill-man[1] from the Creature from the Black Lagoon film franchise.
- Although their home planet was named during the original series, this species went unnamed in canon media until the name "Millgan" was coined by Tom Perkins.
- The name itself is an anagram of "Gill-man", a reference to their monstrous fish-like appearance.
- In 2021, Perkins released concept art of L'Goon's hypothetical appearance in the original series in celebration of Halloween.
