―The Masked Mutant to The Galloping Gazelle

The Masked Mutant, also referred to as "The Greatest Supervillain," is a sapient extraterrestrial super-humanoid with malign intentions.

The Masked Mutant was the most catastrophic supervillain ever made. He was cunning and cruel, and he desired to dominate the world. In order to rule the world without challenge, he was also driven to destroy his adversaries, and he despised them when they stood in his path. The Masked Mutant had a tendency to underestimate his opponents, which proved disastrous in the end.

The Colossal Elastic Boy prevailed by duping the Mutant. The Mutant died when he transformed into a liquid state.
