Space Patrolman Husky
The Martians are a sapient humanoid species from the planet Mars and one of the three friendly member races of Space Patrol, along with Earthmen and Venusians. The Martians are known to be generally stronger and have a bigger appetite than Earthlings (one of their notable dishes being the famous Martian sausage). They are also more resistant to electrical shocks. They require the same environmental features as Humans, although they tend to prefer colder weather. There is also an important Martian colony on Pluto.

Notes
- Despite the large number of Martian characters to have appeared in the series, no female Martian has ever been featured. The way Husky talks about women seems to imply that there are women on his planet, but this is not confirmed.
