The Man-Eating Plant was a species of carnivorous plants natives to the planet Survive.
Biology[]
The plant resembled a giant pitcher plant with the a bell-shaped central main body, supported by a stalk in which several vines lay at its base surrounded by pink watermelon-like fruit. The plant had a sweet scent, which presumably attracted prey to it similar to a Venus Fly trap. However its vines that surround the base of the plant act as feelers, only a animal steps on it, the vine coils around it and drags the animals into the air to the bell-mouth where acid is secreted to digest the prey into.
Its fruit though was safe for human consumption and contained high sugar content.
