Lava Crabs are small, harmless organisms indigenous to Redstone III, which superficially resemble the crabs found on Earth. They are red in hue and are capable of burrowing. They spend time in the low-lying areas of the planet, but move out of them before lava rises up; this is most likely where they feed, or perhaps how they heat up their bodies to continue surviving, although since Redstone III is a world covered in lava, this latter choice is more unlikely than the former. When up in the highlands, the Lava Crabs will burrow to await for the receding of the lava to indicate "low tide", so they can once again enter the lowlands.
