The Krykna are a species of arachnoid creatures native to Atollon.

The Krykna are highly sensitive six-legged spider-like creatures with some negative emotions which makes it difficult to tame them even with the Force. Krykna live directly below in underground hives, they have beaked mouths surrounded with pairs of fanged pedipalps. Their skin is resistant to blaster bolts, however while their eyes are most vulnerable such with a lightsaber or grenade. They are also repelled by a signal emitting from a sensor beacon. Krykna usually prey upon small shelled creatures called Dokma.
