The Kresh are a race of alien conquerors from a distant galaxy.
Biology[]
Kresh come from a homeworld that had a very dense atmosphere and an extremely high gravitational ratio. To operate on other worlds, they must wear specially designed light purple containment suits as if they were expose themselves to an outside atmosphere, they would naturally exist as a gas. Any breach in their suit will cause the Kresh inside to dissipate and lose consciousness. According to Geldarian science, it has yet to be determined if a Kresh can survive being dissipated.
History[]
In the past the Kresh destroyed their homeworld after misuse. They were later conquered by the Viltrumites. At some point, the Viltrumites assigned the Kresh to conquer the planet Geldaria. The wage raged for centuries against the Geldarians who managed to hold the Kresh at bay thanks to their Tech Jackets. By the 21st century after decades of deadlock, the Kresh achieved dominance. In order to save their civilization, a Geldarian scoutship was charged on a mission to the neighboring galaxies to find help.
On a short cut through one of the lesser-advanced galaxies, to avoid Jresh outposts, the Geldarian ship carrying the princess was intercepted by a Kresh scout ship. The three Tech Jacket warriors managed to destroy the scout ship, but were forced to land on a nearby planet, Earth, to make repairs. However it turned out the damages to the vessel was greater than expected, as they would lose power before landing on the planet. One Tech Jacket warrior pushed and guided the ship onto the surface, but the effort killed him, causing him to crash on Earth. His body was discovered by a young human boy named Zack Thompson and upon discovering the Geldarian's Tech Jacket, it bonded with him.
The crew of the Geldarian ship attacked and captured Zack thinking he had killed their comrade and stole his Tech Jacket. They brought the human aboard their vessel, planning to bring him to their world to stand trial. On the way they were attacked by the Kresh, forcing the crew to free him so he could help with the defense. After proving himself in battle, they brought Zack to Geldaria where the scientists confirmed that Zack had no part in the death of the Geldarian pilot. While it was against their laws to allow an alien to bond with a Tech Jacket, the Geldarians noted that due to Zack's stronger physical form, the Tech Jacket enhanced his form far greater than a normal Geldarian in a Tech Jacket. They recruited Zack to help them save their world, training him into a soldier. After six months, Zack destroyed a moon base of the Kresh, but also decimated the fleet attacking Geldaria, forcing the Kresh to retreat, ending the war.
Later when Zack returned to Earth, but was followed by the Kresh who proceeded to invade Earth in revenge. But Zack destroyed the Kresh mothership, once again causing the aliens to retreat in defeat.
At an council meeting of the members of the Coalition of Planets, in which Planetary Evaluation Officer Allen the Alien, reported that a Viltrumite, Omni-Man, had abandoned his post after his own son, Invincible, rejected his father's people's plans to conquer Earth. While many in the council were incredulous of this news, the Geldarian representative believed Allen's information held some truth as it would explain why the Kresh were enlisted to conquer his homeworld, and would indicate that the Viltrumites may be weaker than previously assumed.
Culture[]
The Kresh possess their own empire, which later became a vassal state of the Viltrumite Empire.
Military[]
The Kresh are a spacefaring civilization that contain fleets and armored soldiers. Their territory stretches across galaxies with various outposts.
Kresh scout ships are not heavily armed, as their purpose is to alert neighboring war ships of an enemy's presence and thus rarely engage in battle.
