The Kratch or Krats are an alien species from the planet Kratch in the Hoka Universe.

History[]
The Kratch are apparently members of the Interbeing League and since Toka's introduction to the wider galaxy, have been, using every parliamentary trick to delay the upgrading of Toka. They even raised a host of their supporters to challenge Alexander Jones stewardship of the Hokas.
