The unnamed species of which Kistna is one: a race of humanoids with amazing telepathic and telekinetic abilities. They have light blue skin and hair, four-fingered hands and four eyes, but their appearance is usually concealed under armor. Members of this species are extremely rare; so much that they don't have a segment of their own in Point Central. They are capable of reincarnating after death, either as a copy of their previous life's body or a different creature altogether; and seem to retain memories of their previous lives.
