Kanzlok is a small grub-like creature that are a foodstuff in the Coalition of Planets and considered to be delicious when fresh by Unopans. Though many other species have found the food to be distasteful. However they are found to be edible for humans.
Strangely kanzlok appears to be worth stealing by low-life criminals in the Coalition and even set up illegal kanzlok operations.
