The difference

Christianity Islam

-Demons are fallen angels that disobeyed god - Demons are creations with free will, and angels in islam cannot disobey god

Practically, Jinns are sentient creatures that existed before humans. Jinns can come in practically many different shapes and sizes. Many notable jinns have personalities of Human beings.

Jinns are made out of fire, but in the quran, it states that all life was made from water, so not only fire, but also water was needed to create jinns. The idea of jinns being made out of fire is hard to understand. It's also states in the Quran that in Hell, there will be no light ,but instead fire, another idea implying the "fire" the Quran talks about, isn't the light "flare" we see among the flames of the fire.

Jinns are usually low density beings, made out off very light material, so light that humans can't see them and if they tried to touch the jins, their hands would go through them. So Jinns are practicly born ghosts and not ghosts of dead people,(In islam, it's stated that establishing connections with the souls of the diseased is Haram) making the Jinns phantom beings. It's also stated that Jinns also reside in other realms (implying the idea of a multiverse),and both in a low density state and in another realm, Jinns have been noted to have the ability to see humans.

==Are Jinns Extra-terrestrials in the view of Islam?==

There are many theories concerning if many extra-terrestrials we know about today , with human like personalities are jinns and indeed there are some relationships. The Jinns are notable to show many relationships with reptilians, proving the idea that reptilians are in fact among the jinns. Such evidence from islamic sources and conspiracy theorist sources includes :

*Shape shifting ability of both Jinns and Reptilains

*Jinns and Reptilians being described as malevolent in many and balevolent in few

*Jinns and Reptilians being said to have come from a different dimension

*Jinns and Reptilians being trying to lure humans to worship them , by showing humans their super powers

The only difference being , reptillians are always reptillians in their true form, while many jinns would in supposedly lack a true form, being a cloud of gas, possibly being their true form, though ultimately, Reptilians would be a notable subclass of jinns and neccasirily, not all jinns would have to be repitlians. It's also possible that Pledians and Grays could a kind of jinn, however the very bright nature of Pliedians would make them more likely to be angels, as they class themselves to be fallowers of light. Grays could also be a branch of angels angels due to both the islamic angel and modern gray are genderless, are cloned to reproduce and appear to be a race to serve another, rather than an independant race pursuing their own desires. There are also some aspects gray's possess which is evidence if they have free-will, which would be the possiblity of them falling under the jinn category.

Without the multiverse, not all Jinns would neccesarily be extra-terrestrial, for example, Jinns native to planet earth would not be considered extra-terrestrial, although their multiverse habitat may make them to be considered as extra-terrestrials.

==Notable Jinns==

Iblis/ Satan/ Lucifer - A Jinn that once served god but later went againts god by not bowing down the Adam. In the mainstraem Christian sources,Satan was an angel, and virtually all sentient residents of god's kingdom were angels before the humans. In mainstream christianity, after Satan became a fallen angel, so did his fallowers, which implies, all demons are fallen angels and all demons are supposed to be bad, contrary to islam meaning jinns were always jinns and you can find good jinns and bad jinns.

*note:- Alien abduction of humans have sometimes been linked with the victims recieving vague images of a satanic being.<br />

- The Incubus and Succubus are demons that come and mate with humans, this could be a connection to real life abduction of humans for their sperm and eggs.

Relation with aliens

The Quran talks about seven planets, and how of all the "creation" only the alumeen interact. "Alumeen" are the Jinn, Angels and Human kind. Other verses state that amongst the alumeen, other "creations" exist. This can be or include "alien life", but as we have learned "only the alumeen interact". Therefore, if aliens exist, they cannot interact with us.
