Hziulquoigmnzhah is an extraterrestrial shape-shifting entity who traveled through the universe in prehistoric times and eventually settled on Saturn, where he's worshiped by some of the native races. He is identified as one of Zhothaqquah's relatives; specifically as a paternal uncle.

Like his relatives, Hziulquoigmnzhah is a shape-shifter. The form he assumes on Saturn is a peculiarly disproportional being with extremely short useless legs and long arms. The arms, rather than the legs, are used for walking, while the god stands upside-down. His round head hangs like a pendulum from his spherical body. Like Zhothaqquah, he is covered in fur, and his face has a somnolent expression. He's been observed to drink from a lake of liquid metal, which appears similar to mercury.
