Hell Razers are a parasitic demonic species that take over humanoid hosts to form armored energy-shooting bodies.

Hell Razers begin life as parasites, with their true appearance unknown. Between the third and eighth week of their lives, they find hosts to merge with, burning the host's body away from within, altering their physiology to something that can withstand the extreme temperatures of Hell Energy, forming skeletal armor over their arms, torsos, heads, and legs, leaving the rest ashen black. The modified body appears inorganic, lined with glowing red magma-like fissures between armor plates, and their helmet-like head armor, which leaves their mouths exposed, bears horn-like protrusions an a single glowing eye. Like Hell Guard parasites, which they may be related to, Hell Razers appear to contain an incredible amount of Hell Energy within their bodies, materializing as the red magma-like fissures and a glow from their eyes and mouths. Notably, the lower right arm of their hosts ossifies into a bulky cannon-like protrusion, at least partially made of cartilage, with a red glow at its center. This cannon enables the Hell Razers to fire a continuous beam of Hell Energy at opponents. It is unknown if they can take on non-humanoid hosts, or if they can survive beyond eight weeks if they do not have a host.
History[]
The Hell Razers arose in Hell as parasites who latched onto humanoid hosts, presumably Imps or Jekkadians. It is unknown if they had fought Argenta or the Doom Slayer in the ancient past, although they had been known to not leave Hell, and they were sighted by Union Aerospace Corporation cultists during Hell expeditions in the 22nd century, who documented aspects of Hell Razer physiology. In 2149, Hell Razers were summoned out of Hell under the control of the Spider Mastermind to attack the UAC Mars compound, possibly taking Humans as hosts, only to be confronted and slaughtered by the Doom Slayer. They continued to fight the Slayer across Hell and Mars, but were unable to stop him from freeing the Elemental Wraiths that powered the Well of Argent Energy. After the Spider Mastermind was killed, no Hell Razer was seen by the Doom Slayer again. After the first Dark Lord, Davoth, was killed, his death destroying all demons outside of Hell, the status of Hell Razers remains unknown.
