Harvongian Shape-changers are a sapient predatory species which can alter their appearance to mimic other creatures. In their real form, they have clawed tridactyl hands and a huge maw with three tentacular tongues which are used to capture prey and devour it.
Despite being capable of mimicking Human behaviour, they seem to have difficulty controlling their instincts and will readily revert to their real form and devour people even when it means exposing their true nature.
