The Han-jee are an extremely rare alien race, notable for their peculiar abilities to record and playback images using detachable eyes.
Biology[]
Members of this species are vaguely insectoid beings, with light-green coloration and six jointed limbs, each ending in tridactyl feet. They have a thin neck supporting a flattened head, the shape of which is reminiscent of a hammerhead shark's, but with a small, seemingly toothless mouth. From the back of the head protrude six tentacles, which are connected to the optic center of their brains.
Han-jee are most notable for having removable eyes, which continue to record and transmit images even after being detached from their bodies. The recorded images are stored, even after hours or days, and the Han-jee can play them for other creatures to see, provided that they place one of the Han-jee's tentacles over their own eyes. As a result, a Han-jee can be used as a sort of living security camera to view footage of the past or present.
