They are Gastropod-like Creatures with No Legs, Blue Skinned, Fat Arms, 3 fingers on each hand A Slithering Tail, Wide Gigantic Mouth, Triple Spiked Mohawk, Small Eyes and Sharp Teeth. Gullup is blue in appearance and has no legs Just like the Hutts.
Gullup's Species are Not Bipedal but only have a tail for slithering.
