Guardians share many of the same abilities as other Cybertronians, particularly Action Masters due to not having alternate modes.

Guardians can shift their robot modes into one of three different forms: Patrol, Investigate, and Battle.

Guardians possess advanced sensors that are capable to see through other Cybertronians' cloaking abilities.
