Green Martians are an endangered Humanoid race native to the planet Mars. They are superior to Humans in nearly all natural ways and have powers on par or even superior to those of Kryptonians, however they are a peaceful people, only using violence in times of war with their natural enemies, the White Martians.
Characteristics
Green Martians are relativley Humanoid with green skin and glowing red eyes. Their skull is oval-shaped and they have other physiological traits the likes of which are unknown.
Powers & Abilities
Their powers are at their peak while they are in contact with their homeworld of Mars and grow more powerful with age.
- Longevity: They have a lifespan far exeeding that of Humans and can live up to a hundred years.
- Superhuman Strength: They are far stronger than Humans and can overpower and manhandle them with ease. They are slightly weaker than Kryptonians, however this doesn't prevent them from being able to fight off or defeat even the strongest of Kryptonians. Regardless of their strength, they are no match for Doomsday.
- Superhuman Endurance: Green Martian can exert themselves for days without tire.
- Superhuman Agility: Green Martian possess the same superhuman reactions and reflexes as Kryptonians.
- Superhuman Speed: They can easly catchup to a Kryptonian, side step bullets, or break the sound barrier.
- Invulnerability: They can withstand bullets, heavy artillery and extreme trauma with ease.
- Martian Vision: They have multiple optic powers including x-ray, telepathic, heat, and telekenetic impulse.
- Flight: Green Martians can weaken their gravitational mass in addition to their telekinesis and defy gravity with ease.
- Healing Factor: They have amazing regenerative abilities far superior to those of Kryptonians. Every particle of their body is a whole. They can regrow limbs and even regrow their entire body mass from simply their head.
- Phasing: They can phase through solid matter by weakening the density of their molecules.
- Shapeshifting: They can shapeshift with ease, adopting Human or monstrous forms and abilities, elongating their limbs, growing to immense size, altering the chemical composition of their bodies, etc.
- Superhuman Senses: In addition to the five senses, they have four other senses the exact nature of which are unknown.
- Telepathy: They are powerful telepaths, capable of both perceiving the thoughts of others and of projecting their own thoughts. They can often act as a "switchboard" between minds in order to coordinate each other's minds. They can even connect their minds to the entire people of a planet.
- Invisibility: They can become invisible by bending light around them.
Weaknesses
Fire: They are psychologically and genetically vulnerable to fire and high levels of heat.
