The giant aliens are a sapient species of very massive humanoids.

Biology

The giant aliens bear a Human-like appearance, although their size easily sets them apart from Humans. Their exact height is unknown, but their children can hold multiple adult Humans in the palms of their hands with a lot of room to spare.

Culture and society

The giant aliens are known to collect tiny beings from other worlds, such as Humans, to use as entertainment for their children. The beings they collect, whether they be sapient or not, are treated and seen as little more than pets or moving dolls. The giant aliens are also known to place these beings in replicas of an average settlement from their homeworlds, which is built to be scaled to the collected beings, but would appear to be a mere playset for the giant aliens. These playsets are well-detailed, although every object is non-functional and simply solid chunks of plastic, foam, paper, or other craft products.

Technology

The giant aliens are capable of interstellar travel. A statement from the mother of the giant alien girl implies that the giant aliens' homeworld is very distant from Earth, which most likely means that the giant aliens have mastered some form of faster-than-light spaceflight. It can be assumed that the playsets that tiny beings are put into have artificial atmospheres or some sort of holographic device over them, giving the appearance of a sky, as the alien environment should be easily visible from the playsets, but is not.

History

Two Humans, New Yorkers named Bob and Millie Frazier, were driving home drunk after a party, when an unseen male member of this species arrived on Earth and collected their car, with the couple still inside. The couple awakes within an unfamiliar house, and find that everything is fake, and deserted. They attempt to leave the town through a functional train they find at its end, stalked by the laughter of an unseen little girl, only for the train to return them to same town, as it ran in a circle around the borders. Suddenly, they are scooped up by a gigantic child, a little girl of the giant alien species, who holds them up to get a better look at them. The girl's mother arrives to tell her to be careful with her "pets", as the male giant, the girl's father, had retrieved them from Earth, implied to be a great distance from their homeworld. The girl's mother tells her to put them down to eat lunch, and the giant alien girl then puts the Humans back into the town, now revealed to be a model playset.

• They are the largest alien to appear in The Twilight Zone, with a child of this species being notably larger than an adult of the giant aliens seen in "The Little People".
