Captain Gantu is an agent of the United Galactic Federation assigned to hunt after experiment 626, a dangerous genetic experiment created by Dr. Jumba Jookiba and accidentally set loose on Earth, following the failure of Dr. Jookiba and Agent Pleakley to fulfill the same mission. He belongs to an unnamed species of giant humanoids with fish-like features on the head, blue eyes, tusk-like projections on the cheeks and elephantine feet.
