Flint Beetles are often medium-sized creatures, the largest species just out-growing a adult Dwarf Bulborb. Many of these creatures hold a strong resemblance to beetles. Many of these creatures are harmless, yet have highly durable shells for protection.
The family group of Flint Beetles all fall under the scientific term "Pilli", which means "pikes". Although the group is indeed made up of four species, the family is split into three different "types", in a similar manor to Grub-Dogs with Bulborbs and Dumples.
